SHIPPING PROTECTION

BC Limited makes available shipping insurance for every order placed via Navidium Shipping Protection (aka Shipping Protection). This means in the event of any loss, theft, or incorrect delivery of a package (excluding incorrect address provided), the customer may receive a refund or replacement.

We strive to ship out your order quickly, but we ultimately rely on the professionalism of the shipping carriers (both USPS and UPS) to make sure it gets to where it needs to go safely.  Much like life, sometimes mistakes happen and Shipping Protection has been made available for when it does.

  • Orders that have purchased the optional shipping insurance are covered for lost, theft, or damage. The customer must wait until 7 days after your last tracking update to be eligible to file a claim through BC Limited to activate Shipping Protection.
  • To file a claim contact BC Limited Customer Service via email at customerservice@bcltd.us.
  • Claim eligibility deadlines are as follows:  Within 15 days of package marked delivered for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN.
  • Claims for orders of $100 or more must include a police report.
  • BC Limited LLC and Shipping Protection are not liable for orders where an incorrect address was provided.

BC Limited makes available for every order. If the customer elects not to have the offered shipping insurance then the custom has accepted all liability regarding the delivery of their package and holds BC Limited harmless for any and all losses
