We accept exchange requests up to 14 days from date of receipt of the package as reported by the postal carrier’s tracking.
Step 1: Should be common sense but we have to say it according to our lawyer. Garments must be returned in the original condition received; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Any item returned that are not in resalable condition (pet hair, lint, stains, damaged, etc) will not be honored and will be considered surrendered.
Step 2: Please contact customer service via email at email@example.com so that we can make sure we have the item you wish to exchange for in stock. If replacement is unavailable customer may elect to receive a refund for said item.
Step 3: Mail item back to us at BC Limited, LLC, ATTN: RETURN, 9741 Lake Creek Pkwy, Ste C #123, Austin, TX 78717. Please be sure to keep your tracking information. We cannot honor an exchange until item(s) is(are) received.
*** Please provide the printed out of any correspondence we have had with you or a note outlining what the item(s) is(are) being exchanged for.
Once the customer’s return is received and item(s) have been reviewed to meet the previously stated requirements BC Limited will process the exchange and send out the item(s). Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
No Refunds: Please note that we are happy to exchange an item for you. If you want to swap products because you changes your mind we are happy to do it. What we cannot do is take a return and issue a refund. You purchased, we delivered what you requested. Let’s work together to make sure you are happy with your experience with us.
Products ineligible for exchange/return due to sanitary concerns: hats, silkies, and drinkware.
We do not offer exchanges for clearance items. All sales are final.
Please note that all products that are offered on a preorder/presale that are not actively carried in stock are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are considered final.
