We allow for exchanges up to 7 days from delivery date as stated via the postal carrier tracking information. If more than 7 days have past since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the error or fault is that of BC Limited. Once your exchange is received and inspected your exchange, if currently in stock, will be mailed back to in a timely manner (7 to 14 business days). If item is not in stock the purchase price of the item only will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. If your item has evidence of wear or has been laundered your item will be returned to you.
We do not refund money for returns. Store credit is issued in the form of a e-gift card once product has been received and inspected to ensure that it has not been worn or laundered. All returns are at the customer's expense.
