Exchanges/Returns (for clothing)
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase as we only allow for exchanges when the buyer is at fault. Exchanges are only allowed up to 7 days from delivery date as stated via the postal carrier tracking information. If more than 7 days have past since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. Items can only be exchanged when the buyer has ordered incorrect size.
Garments must be returned in the original condition received; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, suitable for resale. This includes marks made when trying on at home.
Exchanges will not be given to items purchased as part of a promotional sale or discontinued item.
BC LTD has the right to refuse any exchange request if the garment/s are not in the original condition that was purchased or outside the stated timeframes and may be sent back at the buyers own expense.
BC LTD cannot process any returns if a parcel does not arrive back to us and will not be responsible for the loss of returning items in transit.
Until your item is received, customers are responsible for their items. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number and checking delivery estimates.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the error or fault is that of BC Limited. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: BC Limited, LLC, 133 Triad Center West, O'Fallon, MO 63366 with order number and detailed information regarding exchange. If you do not provide information with your return we are not responsible for processing it.
Once your exchange is received and inspected your exchange, if currently in stock, will be mailed back to in a timely manner (7 to 14 business days). If item is not in stock the purchase price of the item only will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. If your item has evidence of wear or has been laundered your item will be returned to you.
*** Please note that BC Limited does not guarantee any products beyond 7 days from receipt of item. Product receipt date is based on the tracking information associated with the order.

We do not refund or exchange glassware or mugs*.
Glasses: Our glasses are double old-fashioned glasses (NOT crystal unless noted) and are NOT guaranteed from imperfections in the glass itself. All glassware should be hand washed however if you place glassware in the dishwasher be sure to clean it in the top rack. Keep in mind that glassware is sensitive to extreme shifts in temperature. This means that submerging it in hot water, then pouring a chilled or even room temperature beverage in it, can cause it to fracture or break due to the expansion of the glass.
Coffee Mugs: Our Coffee mugs are each individually hand made, glazed, and kiln-fired here in the USA. Accordingly all mugs subject to variation in size, color and glaze consistency. Glaze colors are created from natural ingredients including minerals, oxides and metals derived from the earth. Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in hand thrown products, color variations and imperfections are common and not guaranteed. These are dishwasher and microwave safe however we strongly recommend hand washing.
*All drinkware items are meticulously packaged in a 5 step process. BC LTD is not responsible for drinkware items that are damaged during transit.
