Returns

Please note that all hat, silkies, and drinkware orders are final. No returns are permitted.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase as we only allow for exchanges when the buyer is at fault. Returns are permitted up to 7 days from customer receipt / delivery date as stated via the postal carrier tracking information.

  • Garments must be returned in the original condition received; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, suitable for resale. This includes marks made when trying on at home. Any item sent back for that is not in resellable condition (pet hair, lint, stains, damaged, etc) will not be honored and will be considered surrendered by the customer if customer is not willing to paying for shipping to have the items returned to them.
  • Exchanges will not be honored for items purchased as part of a promotional sale, clearance, or discontinued item.
  • BC Limited LLC has the right to refuse any return request if the garment(s) is/are not in the original condition that was purchased or outside the stated timeframes and may be sent back at the buyers own expense.
  • BC Limited cannot process any returns if a parcel does not arrive back to us and will not be responsible for the loss of returning items in transit.
  • Until the item is received customer is responsible for their items. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number and checking delivery estimates.

All exchanges require approval prior to the customer sending item(s) to BC Limited. Customers to contact our customer service team at customerservice@bcltd.us. Once approved customer will send item(s) to the following address:

*** Please provide the printed out email approval for the return. 

Once the customer’s return is received and item(s) have been reviewed to meet the previously stated requirements the customer will receive store credit equal to the paid price of the item(s) returned in the form of an email containing a code that may be entered at checkout. Refunds in the form or cash or exchanges at the cost of BC Limited are not offered or permitted. Returns will be processed within 36 hours of receipt.
