Current shipping turn time is 2 to 5 business days. Business days excludes Saturday, Sunday, and all federal holidays. We do make a best effort to under promise and over deliver and apologize for any delays you may receive due to the postal carriers currently being overwhelmed and understaffed. Please note that postal carriers are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and as of 5/30/2020 carriers have announced a pause on delivers to areas impacted by civil unrest.

For every order a confirmation email which verifies your order has been received followed by a "thank you" email stating in part our turn times. When your order is packed a second email will be sent out containing tracking information. If there are any concerns regarding your order beyond what can be answered between these two emails please contact us at customerservice@bcltd.us.

CANADA: Shipping to Canada is via United States Postal Service. Please note that due to various challenges because of COVID-19 USPS is not guaranteeing delivery times for packages outside the US.

 

Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages

For all lost/missing/stolen packages customers are to file a grievance the respective carrier. If for any reason the carrier denies the claim please forward all information to Customer Service at customerservice@bcltd.us and we will make a best effort to resolve the issue up to and including issuing the customer a full refund.
