USPS/UPS HOLIDAY DISCLAIMER!!!!
Please note that in an effort to meet demand in this environment the following prudent measure had to be put into place due a US historic record of holiday volume compounded by shipping carrier employee shortages due to the COVID-19 surge, and shipping carrier capacity challenges. To that end; customers ordering from BC LIMITED understand that BC LIMITED will not be held liable for delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries. Customers may cancel order within 48 hours at no cost to them. After the 48 hour window expires customer acknowledges that they are releasing BC LIMITED of all liability in regards to products, delivery, and any delays. Customers also understand that ALL carriers have stated that they are NOT scanning packages in due to the overwhelming nation holiday surge. BC LIMITED retains the right to wait approximately 30 business days from the date of shipping label created before a replacement order is sent or store credit is issued. Be aware, regional managers for shipping carriers have stated that most packages that would take 2-3 days to be delivered are taking longer than 3 weeks to be delivered.

 

DOMESTIC

Apparel: Current in-house processing turn time is 5 to 7 business days. (Decals & hats, blankets, & patches fall under apparel)

Drinkware: Current in-house processing turn time is 7 to 10 business days.

Business days exclude: Saturday, Sunday, and all federal holidays. We do make our best effort to under promise and over deliver and we apologize for any delays you may receive due to the postal carriers currently being overwhelmed and understaffed. 

For every order placed a confirmation email is sent which verifies your order has been received followed by a "thank you" email stating in part our turn times. When your order is packed a second email will be sent out containing tracking information. If there are any concerns regarding your order beyond what can be answered between these two emails please contact us at customerservice@bcltd.us with your full order information.

All glassware orders are insured. If your package arrives damaged please file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier denies your claim, please forward all correspondence between you and the carrier to customerservice@bcltd.us along with your order number.

Lost/Missing/Stolen/Not received/Damaged Packages

For all lost/missing/stolen/damaged packages customers are to file a grievance with the respective carrier. Once the package is received by the respective mail carrier, from us, it becomes the full liability of that shipping carrier. We will not send replacement items for delayed, missing, not received, or damaged parcels. Links to file claims/missing mail listed below:

Packages Marked as DELIVERED but did not receive

Please keep in mind that USPS often marks a package as delivered before it even makes it to a delivery truck. Give your item one or two days to show up. If it still has not call the USPS dispute number, 888-877-7644. Provide the rep with the USPS delivery confirmation number for the order (DC #). This will open a thorough investigation into every step in the delivery process.

*BC LTD is not liable for packages that USPS, or any shipping carrier, has marked delivered but are not received. Please follow up with your local postmaster or shipping carrier for possible mail theft.

*All drinkware items are meticulously packaged in a 5 step process. BC LTD is not responsible for drinkware items that are damaged during transit. Please file a claim with carrier as glassware orders are insured.

* Please note that any order containing a pre-order, or back-order, item will NOT be processed, in full, until the pre-order/backorder item arrives. Please order items separately if you do not wish to wait.
